Entrepreneurship and Youth Development Society (EYDS) was created in 2015. The Society aims to initiate, run and execute community development and upliftment projects, act as a resource centre for the promotion of awareness, education and entrepreneurship among young people, women, underrepresented communities, and students belonging to diverse and underrepresented backgrounds.
The beach clean-up project is aimed at engaging volunteers to help collect trash at Seaview beach in Karachi. The trash that is collected will be measured, sorted and sent to recycling centres. Non-recyclable trash will be used to create an art-piece which will be displayed in a public space to showcase the extent of trash that is being improperly disposed.
