LDIW General Assembly Workgroup: Strategic Planning and Outcomes in Tallinn

From November 27-30 the Let's Do It World (LDIW) General Assembly Workgroup gathered in Tallinn, Estonia for an intensive and inspiring series of sessions focused on shaping the organization’s future.

A huge thank you to Margo Loor, who expertly moderated the workgroup.

The sessions were dynamic, collaborative, and full of energy. Together, we worked on several key topics to ensure LDIW continues to strengthen its global network and create meaningful impact worldwide. The workgroup was highly efficient, and results driven.

Organisational Overview & Network Insights, Annual Survey Findings, Leadership & Management Structure, Legal Framework & Articles of Association,Board Elections 2026-2028, Integrating Outputs & Preparing the GA Package.

Under the leadership of Heidi Solba (President & CEO of LDIW) and Margo Loor (moderator and workshop leader), every session was highly focused and efficient, ensuring we could tackle complex topics while keeping energy and collaboration high.

These productive days in Tallinn proved that when global minds come together, great results happen. The outcomes of this workgroup set a clear path for LDIW’s future governance, membership strategy, and global impact.

Together, we’re shaping the future. With a clearer governance model, updated membership structures, and well-prepared proposals, the LDIW network is ready to continue empowering communities worldwide to act for a cleaner, healthier planet.

The LDIW General Assembly Workgroup met in Tallinn from November 27–30 for an efficient and focused series of strategic discussions. Participants reviewed network updates, group also progressed on legal considerations, Articles of Association updates, and preparations for the 2026–2028 Board elections. The meeting concluded with clear recommendations to be presented at the upcoming General Assembly.
